WELCOME TO SPS 2026!
Save the date for next year's Swedish Proteomics Society meeting which will be held in Umeå on 16-18/Sept/2026. This year, we are partnering with the Swedish Mass Spectrometry Society and the Swedish Metabolomics Center to organize the conference.
The conference will include sessions on multiomics, AI approaches for data analysis, spatial methods, and other topics - with lots of talks selected from abstracts. There will also be satellite workshops before the conference.
Matthias Mann will deliver the plenary talk and, before the conference dinner, you will have the opportunity to get a tour of the Bildmuseet in Umeå - which provides an amazing view of the city covered in beautiful autumn colors at that time of the year.
With the days getting shorter, the night gets dark enough that with some luck it will be possible to watch Northern lights by walking a just a bit outside the city center.
So, be ready to register as soon as the registration is open, as there will be a limited number of seats!
